Sweatshirt developed from Edward Kemeys’ Lion, 1893, from the Art Institute of Chicago’s collection.

For over 100 years, our stately lions, sculpted by Edward Kemeys (American, 1843–1907), have stood sentry at the museum's entrance.  This comfortable and soft sweatshirt has a lion embroidered above the heart.
